Terms of use

About this site

This website is published by Strukture Consultants. By using it you accept the terms below. If you do not, please do not use the site.

The information here is general

Everything published on this site — including the service descriptions, the approach pages and the articles under Insights — is general information about how we work. It is written to be useful, but it is not professional advice for your specific situation, and it cannot account for facts we do not know about your organisation.

Do not act on it as though it were tailored advice. Advice specific to you only exists once it has been given to you in writing under an agreed engagement.

Nothing here is an offer or a quote

• —The engagement types and inclusions we publish describe how we normally structure work. They are not a price list and not a binding offer.
• —A fee only exists once we have given it to you in writing following a scoping conversation.
• —Submitting the contact form does not create a contract, an engagement or any obligation on either side.
• —We cannot guarantee a response time, and we may decline an enquiry.

Using the contact form

Please send only information you are entitled to send us, and avoid putting confidential or personal data about other people into the form. If a conversation needs confidentiality, tell us and we will put an agreement in place first.

We limit how many submissions can come from one connection in a short period, and we may ignore submissions that appear automated. Do not use the form to send unsolicited marketing, or to attempt to disrupt the site.

What happens to the details you send is set out in our privacy notice.

Content and trade marks

The text, design, logo and articles on this site belong to Strukture Consultants. You are welcome to read, quote and share them with attribution and a link. Please do not republish substantial parts as your own work or use our name or logo to imply a relationship that does not exist.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but it is provided as it is. Pages may be changed, moved or withdrawn without notice, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
