Strukture Consultants partners with organisations that have outgrown ad-hoc technology decisions. We bring the structure — architecture, sequencing, governance — that makes ambitious change achievable.
Our work is deliberately unglamorous in the best way: honest baselines, clear trade-offs, and plans that survive contact with reality. We stay close to delivery so recommendations are tested, not theoretical.
We would rather tell you a project is the wrong shape than bill you to build it. That is usually the most valuable thing an advisor can do.

What you can hold us to.
Six commitments that apply to every engagement, written down so they can be checked rather than assumed.
- You own everything we write
- Diagrams, models, plans and documentation are handed over in editable form, with no licence terms attached to your own architecture.
- Trade-offs stated, not buried
- Every recommendation names what it costs and what it forecloses. If two options are genuinely close, we say so rather than manufacturing certainty.
- One accountable point of contact
- The person who scopes the work stays involved in delivering it. Nothing is handed to a team you have never met.
- Progress reported against the plan
- You get written status against the milestones we agreed, including slippage, in the same week it happens rather than at the end.
- Scope changes go in writing first
- If the work needs to change shape, you see the revised scope and fee before anything is billed against it.
- We will tell you not to do it
- If a project is the wrong shape, or you do not need us for it, that is the recommendation you get. It costs us work and saves you more.
