What this site collects

This site has one place where you can give us information: the contact form. When you submit it, we receive and store the details you typed.

• —Your name and work email address, so we can reply to you.
• —Your company, if you chose to give it — this field is optional.
• —The topic you selected and the description of what you need help with.
• —Whether you ticked the optional marketing box, and the date and time if you did.
• —The browser and device description your browser sends with the request.
• —A short scrambled code worked out from your network address. We keep the code, not the address, and use it only to stop the same connection submitting the form over and over.
• —The date and time of the submission.

We have added no analytics, no advertising code and no third-party tracking cookies to this site. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not buy or sell contact data. Like any website, the services that host and deliver it keep their own short-term technical records of requests.

Why we hold it

• —To read your enquiry and reply to it. This is the only reason we ask for anything.
• —To keep a record of enquiries so that a failed email cannot lose your message.
• —To record your marketing consent separately, if you gave it, so we can show when and how it was given.

Where it goes

Your enquiry is saved to our own private records before anything is emailed. That record cannot be read through this website by anyone, signed in or not — only our own server-side code can reach it.

We then send two emails: a notification to our own inbox at Contact@strukture-consulting.ltd, and a confirmation to the address you gave, so you know the message arrived. This involves the companies that host this site and its records, the service that delivers our email, and the provider of our own mailbox — each acting on our behalf in order to store or deliver your message.

The optional marketing box

The marketing checkbox is unchecked by default and is entirely separate from your enquiry. Leaving it unchecked changes nothing about how we handle or reply to your message.

If you check it, we store that consent together with the date and the page it came from. This website does not pass your details to any marketing platform automatically. If we later add you to a mailing list, it will only be on the strength of a consent you actually gave, and every message will include a one-click unsubscribe.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful to the conversation they started, and delete them on request. Marketing consents are kept until you withdraw them.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw marketing consent. Email Contact@strukture-consulting.ltd and we will action it. You do not need to explain why.

Changes to this notice

If we change what this site collects or where it goes, we will change this page at the same time. It is meant to describe the site as it actually works.
